For third party holder: a copy of insurance certificate, a copy of driving license, and a copy of yellow card
For a comprehensive holder, we will need: a copy of insurance certificate, a copy of driving license and a copy of yellow card. Furthermore, an estimate: one estimate when below 1,000,000 Rwf and for above 1,000,000 Rwf two estimates are required and lastly, we will need a police report.
